The summer thunderstorms have been unreal this year. Tonight I stayed up late with my camera trying to capture the beauty.
Truman woke up to the sound of thunder so he joined us on the back patio for the lightening show.
These pictures do not even do justice to the color and light.
This picture is not great but it shows how the sky was lit up by the lightening - the clouds were so thick it was only lit up down low.
