flowers, finally.

I finally got my flower pots planted. I have always wanted to take a photo of my flowers at the beginning of the summer and then again at the end to see how much they have grown. Now hopefully I will remember to take a photo at the end of the summer.

Truman first smiled at 4 weeks. This week he started smiling in response to our smile.

memorial day with the McGowns.

Presley learning to hold Truman.

Presley loves being with Truman. When ever I am around with out him (like at church on Sunday) she always askes over and over, 'where is baby Truman?' During our 5K race she kept wanting me to walk right next to her so she could see Truman. She is going to be a great older cousin.

first goal.

My first goal after having Truman was to do the Memorial Day 5K at the Homestead - Tara did it with me and worked me over (and she was pushing 2 kids). I think we did good considering I had Truman 5 weeks ago. We came in 1st and 2nd in the stroller category!! We started out with all three kids crying and wondering what we had gotten ourselves into.

Gregg was in a golf tournament over the weekend and was beat by a 12-year old 'golf prodigy'

After months of debate - I finally decided on a new camera, and it came in the mail today. Hurray! I got the Canon 40D - I am excited to work on my photo skills.

for a good cause.

Last year Park City High School lost 5 graduates to tragic accidents. The parents of those students have decided to turn the tragedy into triumph. There is a 5k on May 30th to help raise money for scholarships and to build a school in their name in Ecuador.

As a Park City High School alumni (class of 2000) I am trying to help spread the word. Please check out the blog www.parkcity5.blogspot.com for more information.

primary.

After serving in our ward Primary presidency for three years I was released today. I was called to the presidency the first week we moved to Midway. I know all the kids in our ward but not many of the adults. I am kind of excited to get to go to Relief Society again!

road trip.

Gregg has the flu so we decided to take a road trip to Idaho with my mom and McKay to visit the relatives. We started the day with Truman's 2 week doctor appointment. Everything looks great. He now weighs 8lbs. 4oz.

My aunt Ilene and I have been working on a sewing project...when we are done I will post some pictures. These pictures are of McKay and Truman snuggling - and then a few minutes later - sleeping!
