BYU.

We went to the BYU vs. Utah State game tonight.  What a great game.
Truman loved the flags, the balloons, the football players and the ball being kicked "high into the sky"
I kind of want to know what he is thinking!
It seems to be that there is always a beautiful sunset from the stadium.
 When I went to check on Truman and turn out his light tonight this is what I found.  He had gotten his hat and put it back on... I wonder if he is dreaming about football?!
And, Bodie.  He was sacked out from playing with his cousins {he didn't go with us}.

bowling.

 Truman and I were on the same team...

...he also helped his dad bowl...
...and he helped Dallin bowl!
McKay...being McKay.
McKay planking.
 Planking McKay.
Planking the bowling alley.
Truman, McKay, Dallin.
We went bowling with Dallin and Becka tonight.  We have been in Park City all week 'babysitting' McKay. Now that he can drive he doesn't need a chauffeur - now I am his cook when my parents are out of town!  We like staying in PC and spending time with him!

change.

I walked into the room the other day to see this;
Gregg changing a Bodie blowout in a very unconventional way.
Bodie doesn't seem to mind.

Dirty Dash.

 I did the Dirty Dash at Soldier Hollow in Midway today.  It was a 10K (6.2 miles) mud run.  A couple of my girlfriends and I walk 6 miles on Saturday mornings up Snake Creek Canyon - we figured we should work toward something so we signed up for this race.  Did I mention that we walk on Saturday mornings, not run!  Yep, I don't think I have EVER run more then 3 miles at any given time..and...on top of that I don't think I have run since long before Bodie was even a thought.  So as you can tell I had trained really hard!  I actually surprised myself and did very well - and had tons of fun.

Pictured above: Chad Patterson and me {I look so clean...I wasn't - I was soaking wet and very muddy}.
His mom is one of my friends that I walk with - he was on our "Midway Mamas" team and smoked us all.  This picture is of us at the end - I came in a distend second!  {Chad has been doing races with me and his mom for several years now.  The first race he did with us I told him if he beat me I would buy him ice cream - I think he was 8 years old and he killed me - so now I just know he is going to be at the finish line cheering us on!}
 Me {#366} getting ready to jump into the freezing cold mud.
Becka and Dallin {my little bro}
Gregg, Truman, Bodie and my dad were our awesome support team.  I think there are more pictures on my dad's camera - I will post them along with the professional photos that were taken once I get them.
After the race I ran home, fed everyone, tried to clean off the mud and then rushed to Salt Lake where I met another friend for the Broadway production of Marry Poppins.  Loved it {now I am watching the movie}.

I am exhausted and not sure I am going to make it out of bed tomorrow...

all by myself.

My grandpa and grandma Arave gave me this book when I was 2 years old ... who would have predicted that 27 years later my 2-year-old would love the same book?

PS- We had to replace our first, of probably many, library books yesterday that we accidentally ripped.

graham canyon.

My little brother Dallin came and stayed with us again this weekend {third weekend in a row} we love it!  This weekend he introduced us to Graham Canyon ice cream from BYU Creamery.  First of all, BYU creamery has the BEST ice cream no matter what flavor {it rivals even Reeds Dairy} - the flavor is amazing.  It's graham cracker flavored ice cream with graham crackers in it!  So good.

On a not so happy note - our ward was divided today.
We lost five young woman to the 2nd ward :(
