Today is our 7th wedding anniversary. It has been a good seven years, and a good trip so far!
We wanted to go to Hard Rock Cafe for dinner since that is where our wedding lunch was, but there location in Puerta Vallarta is no longer open {and neither is there Salt Lake location where our wedding lunch was}. We found an Outback and ate there instead.
We tried really hard to take a decent picture of our selves... we even went down to the lobby and asked the bell person to take one - this is what we got!
Why is a bloomin' onion so amazing?!
