    Camille, I can totally relate to this as I have sold my house and it's under contract and looked for a house that we have a offer on if we can get approved for the loan without me getting a job first. and I having had our taxes go up the first year we were in out WA house cause of our accessor!! Chad, my mom, and I were laughing!!
