{I made these for our Young Woman for Easter}
Lemon Bunt Cake
1 Lemon cake mix (Duncan Hines
Signature Supreme)
1 (3.4 oz) package instant lemon
pudding and pie filling
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/3 cup vegetable oil
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water
and oil in a large bowl. Beat at medium
speed with electric mixer for 2 minutes.
Pour into pans. Bake at 350
degrees for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out
clean. Cool in pan for 25 minutes.
Glaze:
One pound of powdered sugar, 2
tablespoons of corn syrup, fresh lemon zest, 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon
and enough milk to make it the consistency you want.
