Sold.
We built this house the first year we were married.
We loved this house, it had the most beautiful view of the valley and a cute little back yard with a shaded side patio and private side yard. We have had renters in it for a while but knew we wanted to sell it as soon as the time was right, we have never really loved being landlords.
Today it closed, we are happy for the new owners - and happy to only own one house!!!
