Bath Time.

Bath time in our house = play time, especially in the winter.  Bodie goes nuts when he hears the bath water start to run and he will throw a fit if he can't get in.  

Truman likes to 'swim' during bath time - last week Gregg bought him some goggles so he could open his eyes while under the water.  He likes to sink his bath toys and then go swimming for them.

Balls.

It's no secret that we love balls around our house.  Addie made this picture of Truman {for Valentines Day}.  When he opened it up he went straight up stairs, pulled out his stickers and placed the coordinating stickers on the balls.  So cute.  Thanks Addie.

Book Club.

We had book club today.  We read Persuasion by Jane Austen.  I don't think I have ever read a Jane Austen book, how terrible is that?  I really enjoyed this book - I like how throughout the entire book the main character Anne Elliot is constantly 'persuading' everyone to do different things, and then we learn that several years earlier she was persuaded not to marry  Frederick Wentworth.  We learned at book club today that this book was published after Jane Austen had died.  She had never chosen a title for the book so her brother titled it Persuasion.  Interesting.  Many people think it is her best book.

Friday Flashbacks.

The news here in Utah has been doing specials for the past two weeks all about the 2002 Olympics that took place in Salt Lake City.  For Friday flashbacks I figured I would flashback to February 2002 when my family went to Africa during the Olympics {Gregg will never let me live it down that I left town for the Olympics}.

The Park.

 Truman was so excited to see grass in St. George - even if it was brown and dead.  We made time to stop by the park and play before heading home.

Saturday.

Most of our Saturday morning in St. George was spent look at the 2012 parade of homes.  We tired Bodie out.

We stopped at my grandma and grandpa Quinn's house for some baseball.

We are enjoying a sunny weekend in St. George.  Tonight we had dinner at Irmita's with my Grandma and grandpa Arave.
