Tonight we had book club, we read The Phantom Tollbooth by Norton Juster.
It is a juvenile book so therefore it was a quick, simple read and really cute. It's about a little boy Milo who receives an usual package one day - a tollbooth. The tollbooth takes him on all sorts of adventures in which Milo learns great life lessons.
Really cute book and you could easily read it to a child.
Thanks Ali for the yummy Kneaders desserts.
Next we are reading Memoirs of an Imaginary Friend by Matthew Dicks.
