Moster truck rally.

Holy smokes .... we went to our first Monster Truck Rally.
Total red neck activity.
The kids had a blast.
I must admit it was pretty fun!
Pete was OBSESSED.
Grandma Quinn sent him with this Monster Truck to hold during the show.  Brilliant move by my mom.
I love that Bodie has on the noise canceling ear phones AND he is plugging his ears :)
We got to see a little crash.
My cute dad heard me talking about taking the boys to the show and he piped in and said "I want to go too"  So cute!  So we bought him a tickets too.  Retirement has been awesome - I love having him around more.
The kids are already asking to go again.

Reflections.

Truman won the reflections competition for our region after winning for our school in the fall.  I was made aware that the school would be recognizing him one morning so I snuck to the school to surprise him.
We let Bodie in on the secret - he was SO excited to tell Truman.
I love these pictures of them in the hall as Truman was walking down to the office for his prize.
He was so surprised he won.
I am proud of all his hard work on the piano.

In the shop with grandpa.

Bodie and grandpa Quinn working in the shop on a project.
Look at that concentration on Bodie's face.
Bodie and my dad working in the shop reminds me of this picture of my dad and his dad {my grandpa Quinn} working in my grandpa's shop.  I took this photos when I was in high school photography.
The finished project was this shinny magenta capsule that can fit small treasures.

Snow Days.

We have had a huge snow month.
I love this morning that Pete got himself ready and wondered out to find me shoveling.
Falling through the snow.

Mom's gloves and hat.
This boy LOVES to be outside.

Basketball with friends.

One of the fun things about basketball is seeing and playing against {and with} friends.
{Carter Laird, Luke Giles and Truman}
I love this one
Truman's friend Carter {#20 in blue} yelling at his team to get on Truman.
Blake Laird
{Norah's buddy - three weeks older than her}
Buddies guarding each other.
I love Wednesday nights and my basketball boy!

Norah and teeth.

Norah is getting her two bottom teeth AND learning to crawl.
Lots of whining and drooling going on around our house.
Okay mom, that's it, I'm done.
