One of the little primary kids sitting on the bench by us on Sunday drew this portrait of Truman. I think it's so cute. Truman had spiked hair, big bright eyes, a binkie in his mouth, a stripped outfit on and little white socks on his feet.

Truman and I met Tami and her girls at the pool today. I love these photos I took of Gabrielle. Doesn't it make you wish you were a kid again? Summer days and no worries!

Gregg and his younger brother Brad play tennis at least once a week in the summer. This summer Brad has been beating Gregg (31 years old is catching up). Here are my favorite shots from their game today.

We went to the doctor this morning for Trumans eight week check up and first round of shots. This photo is a signature Truman pose, left arm up - does this mean he is going to be left handed? (we hope so)

We have been going on walks everyday (inbetween the rain storms). I bought Truman a visor to keep the sun out of his eyes - not sure it helps when he wears it this way!

We had a tough day. Why are Sundays like that?

This Sunday I think my milk was the problem. According to some of my girlfriends eating broccoli and cauliflower can cause gas for babies...remember that awesome purple cauliflower I blogged about a few days ago...bad idea.

big drink or small baby? We love happy hour at Sonic - ever since my sister-in-law brought me a cherry limeade at the hospital I can't get enough.

 

Gregg babysat Truman + Presley + Stella while we had girls night. Presley brought a barbie movie that Gregg was not to thrilled to have to watch especially because the NBA finals were on - good thing we have picture-in-picture. Gregg got to watch the basketball game while the girls watched barbie. Everyone wins!

I am bummed I didn't take a picture of my craft room with all my girlfriend in it. We had three sewing machines going and 7 girls making the Amy Butler Birdie Sling Bag until ONE in the morning! We are all going to have the same bag at church on Sunday - good memories.

I always find these two snuggled up sleeping. McKay got home from school, took Truman and fell asleep with him on the sofa for three hours. And McKay thinks new born's are boring...

The grocery store had purple (my favorite color) cauliflower this week, we had to try it. Yummy. It was a nice change from the normal 'greens'

There was an awesome thunder storm in Park City today. The lightening was amazing. This is the only photo of the lighting I was able to get - kind of a simple strike.

I finally got my flower pots planted. I have always wanted to take a photo of my flowers at the beginning of the summer and then again at the end to see how much they have grown. Now hopefully I will remember to take a photo at the end of the summer.

Presley loves being with Truman. When ever I am around with out him (like at church on Sunday) she always askes over and over, 'where is baby Truman?' During our 5K race she kept wanting me to walk right next to her so she could see Truman. She is going to be a great older cousin.
