Delightful!

I went and saw this movie last night with some girlfriends. I did not have very high expectations and I ended up really liking it.

I have one comment about the Heber movie theaters.

They are Nazis about not allowing you to bring in your own food and drink. I had about 2 ounces left in my water bottle and the gentleman who sold me my ticket said "can I throw that away for you". Laura still managed to smuggle some peanut M&M's in her purse. We were reaching into her purse all night!

They do give cool change. I got a $2 dollar bill and a .50 cent piece.

Ever since Truman had his 4 month check up and we found out he was only in the 5% for his weight Gregg has been calling him 'small fry'

This is a picture of my cousins kid Dallin, and Truman this weekend. Would that be Truman's second cousin? Or, first cousin once removed? I am not sure. Dallin is going to be tall - wait, he already is tall.

Last year for the 24th of July we hiked Bald Mountain in the Uintahs. We finally made it up Bald Mt. this year for Labor Day. It was great weather and great company. {we took our picture in this same place last year, click here to see it}

We hiked with my mom and dad, little brother McKay, cousin Jake and his wife April and son Dallin, my uncle Joel and cousin Anne.

Jess and I have been friends forever. Our family moved to Park City when I was about three - and she was my first friend. We have remained good friends for all these year. The thing I love about Jess is that we could go months {or even years when I was on my mission} without talking and then when we do see each other again we just pick up right where we left off.

Okay, call me crazy, but I have to share my cute new ironing boad cover with someone! Anyone who knows me knows this fabric screams 'Camille.' If I did a blog of 'daily pictures' then this would be my daily picture for today!

four months.

 

We went to the doctor today for Truman's four month check up and more shots. He is 12 pounds 4 ounces 24 inches long. He gained exactly two pounds and grew one inch. The doctor wanted me to start rice cereal but I am going to wait two more months.

Just a quick update on Truman - he smiles a lot but does not laugh spontaneously yet. He has rolled over a few times but it scares him half to death. Most of the time he is a very mellow baby. We take him to our sales meeting once a week and occasionally I take him to the office when I am doing paperwork. He found his thumb this week and has been sucking it. For now I think it's cute! He sleeps 7-9 hours most nights and is always mellow when we are out side (it usually puts him to sleep).

Gregg calls him our sucker baby - he is so good it makes you want another one!

I am working on updating and 'redesigning' our blog today...so far I have imported our old greggandcamille.blogspot.com blog into this blog, now I can delete that blog (remember it was corrupted around the time Truman was born). Now you can see ALL our posts here!

the weekend.

 

Last week Truman and I made a quick trip to Idaho to visit my cousin Lindsey and her husband Abe who were in town. They had not met Truman yet and I was not sure when I would get to see them again (they live in Nevada). We did a whole lot of nothing! It was great. This picture says it all - we sat around and talked (okay, that is not entirely true, I did a 4 mile morning walk with my aunt, visited both sets of grandparents, got my hair cut by my cousin Molly and visited my aunt Joan and her family).

 

As soon as we got home we unpacked our bags and repacked for Stampin' Up convention. Truman got this "first convention" pin and was a hit with the ladies.

 

The first day just my dad and I attended (he is on the board of directors so I got to tag along with him!) Truman and Gregg had fun hanging out in the hotel (my mom was at girls camp). Can you picture my dad with 3,000 crazy Stampin'Up ladies? They love him and have gotten to know him at conventions and on the cruises.

 

My mom joined us the second day. She took this photo- the focus was all wrong but I thought it was kind of cool.

 

 

We convinced Gregg to come over one day during lunch to check it out - he had no idea how big Stampin' Up was. Here he is with the bag they gave everyone.
