Philipsburg, St. Maarten.

St. Maarten is divided into the Dutch side {St. Maarten} and the French side {St. Martin}.  We docked on the Dutch side and Gregg was so excited to get off the ship and speak Dutch...but no one speaks Dutch on the island.  Bummer.

My mom and I got to go parasailing tandem on St. Maarten.  It was a little sketchy!   Earlier in the day my family had gone 4-wheeling so they hired the 4-wheeler guide to take me and my mom to Bikini Beach where we were scheduled to parasail {Gregg and Truman came with us}.  We sat on the back of the boat {pictured above} when the boat took off we slowly went up into the air.

We were sitting on a wide piece of webbing and then carabinered to a bar {that was duck taped together} that was attached to the parachute.  We could have easily fallen off {or jumped} into the ocean!  It was so much fun - and the best part was that we could see sea turtles in the ocean from way up there!  Again, I took some photos on a water camera so hopefully they turned out.

we did it!

This beach had the most white sand and the most blue water.
Enjoying an authentic pina colada!
Truman liked it!

{ladies, he is single and moving to San Francisco for a job!}

I feel a family Christmas card photo coming on!

Every night Truman would start off with a goblet of fresh fruit.  He loved it.

A night out on the ship.

St. John, Antigua.

Antigua was very beautiful - not as many hills as St. Lucia.

Truman trying his luck at the slots.

The hallway outside our room.
I am going to do a post all about cruising with a baby.  We learned lots to tips and trick - it was actually my dad's idea for me to post about what to do, bring, and expect with a baby {or toddler}.
Antigua {we learned that the "u" is silent}

One of many beautiful sunsets.
It was formal night again on the ship.
Why have one when you can four?
{the one in my right hand was the best!}
I am not sure why Nate is wearing a T-shirt with his tux...but he does have his medal on, again!

Every night when we were at dinner our room attended would come turn down our bed for the night and leave us an animal made out of folded towels {I think they do this on all cruises} - Truman acting like a monkey.
Truman was playing with Grandpa and Grandma while we played some cards with friends in the library.
{I spy Nate and his medal}

Castries, St. Lucia.

St. Lucia was one of the most beautiful islands we visited.  This is a picture taken at night as a storm started to roll in.
Every night at about five our ship would take off.  We would cruise all night and at about eight the next morning we would dock at a new island - we had a day on each island.  When we woke up and  looked out the window in St. Lucia we saw the cruise ship pictured above...its the ship we where on when we cruised to Bermuda a few years ago.
Beautiful St. Lucia.

Gregg went with my family to do a zip-line through the jungle of St. Lucia.  I will have to get some pictures from my mom of the adventure!  Nate, Truman and I stayed behind - we walked around and did some shopping.

It was very hot on the entire cruise.  It was an average of 87 degrees with very high humility.

There was an ice-skating rink on our ship - we enjoyed a fun an funny ice show one night.
Whats a cruise without a little late night room service?!?!

Bridgetown, Barbados.

In Barbados we spent the day on this catamaran as a family snorkeling - we saw and touched some sea turtles {hopefully the pictures we took on our underwater camera will be cool}.

Truman loved the banana bread they served as a snack!

Mom and Dad.
Truman in the Caribbean swimming.  He loves the water.

McKay pouring his lemonade with rum overboard {after he drank some!}
                                                      Time to play in the water.

This lady thought this was so funny, Truman with a big bottle of Rum.
Relaxing and getting some sun!  As soon as Truman fell asleep he accidentally peed all over grandma!  Opps, sorry - I guess swim diapers really don't hold the pee in.

McKay, Dad and Nate talking business.

The water was so beautiful.

My nick-name is Millie!
